AN ATHLETE MAY ONLY COMPETE IN ONE EVENT. / STRAIGHT RACES WILL REPLACE HEATS and FINALS.
ATHLETES MUST WEAR 2 NUMBERS ON TRACK (front and back), & ONE IN FIELD EVENTS.
ATHLETES MUST PRINT-OFF COMPETITOR NUMBERS SUPPLIED, AND WEAR THEIR OWN KIT. Starting blocks will be available or bring your own.ONLY MOVE TO THE CALL-UP AREA WHEN REQUESTED TO BY THE ANNOUNCER. DISCUS & HAMMER IS OUTSIDE & ATHLETES WILL BE COLLECTED 30mins BEFORE EVENT START. FIELD EVENT ATHLETES WILL BE ALLOWED 4 TRIALS and warm-up at the Lead Official's discretion.
Counties will then nominate their teams, by 22 June, for the ESAA TF Championships. The ESAA will then choose the top 16 nationally-ranked athletes in each event, before informing counties which athletes have been selected for Manchester. Those athletes will be expected to travel to Manchester with parents or coaches for their day of competition. Senior only - Friday 9 July / Inters - Sat 10 July / Junior - Sunday 11 July. County Team Managers must be informed of your availability for Manchester before the Trials Meeting.
An athlete may be nominated in two events for Manchester (but would only be selected for one, if they made the cut)
