Please note that NSAA will be complying with English Schools' Athletic Association rules and regulations as usual.

Junior (Y8/Y9) - Inter (Y10/Y11) - Senior (Y12/Y13)

For this year only there will be a change in HURDLES EVENTS, which will be run in YEAR GROUP RACES to the new UKA specifications which will come into operation from 1st April 2026. Also Junior Boys Triple Jump competitors are now only allowed from Year 9.

  • Competitors need 8 SAFETY PINS to fasten on their numbers
  • HEATS - if 8 or less report then it will be run immediately as a FINAL.
  • Discus/Hammer, Cricket Ball & Javelin will take place in the Throws Field outside the stadium
